What do I do if I've lost my log in information?

- If you know your username, then click the "Forgot your password?" link located on the log in page of ECinteractive. You will need to answer your security question for a new temporary password.  This temporary password will be sent to you in an email. If you do not know your username, then please call the UBS customer service team and they will help you log in.

- When viewing an item, click the "Add to Favorites" button. Then select the list you want to add the item to, or create a new list.

- House brand paper (UBSUBS8511, UBSUBS8514, UBSUBS1117) will not show up in Quick Search. Please enter those item numbers in Quick Order.

- Go to "My Account" at the top of the page, and then select Choose Account. There will be a drop down box under the Customer Department section, where you will be able to choose the appropriate department you're ordering for. The correct ship to  address should show up in the "Review and Complete Your Order" screen at the end of the ordering process.

- This is a bug that we are working on getting fixed. It will only happen the first time you log in to place an order with UBS. To fix this, go back to My Shopping Cart by clicking the View button under the My Shopping Cart section on the left hand side of the page. Then click the Save Order button. Log out by clicking the Log Out button under the My Account section on the left ( or by clicking the "click here" link in the upper right hand corner of the page). Then log back in , and go to Saved Orders, and check out from there.
