Every order I have ever made with UBS has been spot-on accurate and always arrives in a timely manner. I have never had a bad experience with UBS and am glad that Swank has a nation-wide account with you.

In my role I do not order supplies often, but when I do, I often need additional support on product description/availability, etc... your team is EXTREMELY helpful and I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!! Often support is more worried about getting callers "off the phone" to meet volume metrics then providing quality support & value to customer -- KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
